1989 Toyota MR2

1989 Toyota MR2 features a semi-convertible T-top with cruise control, tilt-steering wheel, power door locks and power windows. It can use either the 1.6L 115 hp I4 with 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission or the 1.6L 145 hp I4 with 5-spped manual overdrive. In January 1989, the super edition was produced as the final evolution of the MK1 MR2. Exclusively for Japanese Domestic market, added features include steering wheel, gearknob, matching door panels and associated decals. Production was limited to 270 to make way for the second generation MR2.
